Proventus Education & Beyond.This is the vision of the founder, Anita Katyal Rane, whose goal and passion is to guide students to attain a career that provides complete professional, intellectual, and economic satisfaction. Thus came the formation of Proventus, an organization that guides students right from choosing a career to moving abroad for education. The psychologists at Proventus provide Career Assessment and Counseling, guiding the students and parents in choosing a career-best suited to them. This is done with the help of scientific tools, viz. Psychometric and Biometric Testing. These tests provide a complete scientific understanding of an individual's aptitude, personality, career, and interests, be it the outcome of one's environment or genetically inherited. These tests in turn help fine-tune the career choice, be it in your country of residence or abroad. The overseas education team then guides and assists the student in selecting their universities based on the profile, career goal, and budget, completing applications, and assisting with the essays and letters of recommendation, education loans, and scholarships. The team of Proventus is aware that students need help at multiple levels and hence works with schools, colleges, and individuals, conducting workshops and training sessions in Careers, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Personality Development, and Stress Handling, to name a few.
