Prowalt Projects & Construction specialises in Building, Construction and Development of New buildings as well as Re-Furbishments and Re-Modelling of Residential and Commercial properties. Our Focus area : KZN - Durban North, Umhlanga to Ballito and Dolphin Coast as well as Gauteng. Prowalt Construction was established by Leon van der Walt as part of his Real-Estate, Construction and Property Development activities which all started in 1984. Because of his passion for quality he wanted to deliver only the best on each and every project, whether it is an office block, exclusive residence, factory warehouse or any other development. The only way to achieve this was to train and develop a core group of only the best people as employees, who are supported by only the best and most trustworthy service providers to be involved on our projects.
