Prowess Climbing Coaching

Prowess Climbing Coaching provides quality sports coaching for rock climbers. I cover all aspects of performance sport and develop methods and techniques for clients to both identify their weaknesses during a session, better understand their own movement during a session and continue to improve in their own time. Three rates are offered: One to One, Small groups (between 2 and 6 people) and Large groups (up to 12 people). Prices per person vary depending on the size of the group. For both one to one sessions and small groups, each client is provided with a session report, detailing what we covered in the session, The Take Home of exercises to continue development and an outline of what will be covered in the next session. Large groups are provided with an outline of the syllabus for the day.
