ProXentia produces innovative analysis systems for safety and quality monitoring in the food supply chain. ProXentia’s device allows rapid analysis of raw materials entering and leaving the company. Because of its simplicity, the tests can be performed directly in the production or storage site, for more effective control and greater safety. The technology of ProXentia exploits light as a probing tool. The PRX device is indeed based on the proprietary RPI (Reflective Phantom Interface) technology, which exploits the light reflection of innovative materials and allows to perform rapid multiparametric diagnostic tests in a simple way with minimal intervention from the operator.
