Prozorro Public Procurement System

Prozorro (in Ukrainian, it means “transparent”) is an online platform for government procurement in Ukraine. Created in 2016 through a partnership between business, government, and civil society, Prozorro has made a significant impact, saving billions of hryvnias in public funds. This achievement results from ensuring fair competition and efficiency and minimizing corruption risks. Operating under the motto “Everyone Sees Everything,” the platform provides open access to procurement data, fostering accountability and trust at all levels. Prozorro's success has not gone unnoticed. It has been hailed as an internationally recognized model for transparent procurement, setting a benchmark for other countries to follow.
