PSA Studios is a multifaceted architecture and design studio with offices in Brooklyn and Tivoli, NY. PSA has experience in a wide range of commercial, residential, urban and institutional projects, both in the U.S. and abroad. The firm’s integrated Sustainable Studio ensures that investigation of material, technological and structural systems are a part of the development of every project. Following ten years as partner at Sweeny Walter Architects, Peter Sweeny founded PSA in premised on the idea that each project is a unique opportunity and must be conceived, designed and developed accordingly. Peter is also co-founder of the Brooklyn based real estate development firm, PDS. This experience in property development, finance, and construction has been integral to PSA. Unified by a shared dedication for comprehensive design, PSA is home to a diverse community of designers and support staff, with a wide variety of backgrounds and interests.
