Psf
PSF has been created as a section 42 company under an Asian Development Bank program to create innovative ESG financing products for P3 infrastructure while adhering to holistic risk management practices that are comparable to sustainable standards of multilateral organizations. PSF shall be co-financed by ADB and FCDO(formerly DFID) with an independent board that consists of both private and government representation though majority of board members are from the private sector including the Chairman of the board.
