Psidamai

Psidamai is a digital mental health initiative developed through research conducted at the RISE Digital Wellbeing Lab in the Faculty of Psychology, YARSI University. We aim to support Indonesian youth in cultivating emotional balance, resilience, and wellbeing through digital and mindfulness approaches. Rooted in scientific research and co-created by psychologists, lived experienced experts, and mental health advocates, Psidamai offers accessible, inclusive, and culturally attuned programs for youth who seek calm amidst life’s challenges. We believe that mental health support should be stigma-free, grounded in compassion, and tailored to the lived realities of Indonesia’s diverse youth population. Through evidence-based digital interventions, Psidamai provides a safe space for learning, reflection, and growth. Our Mission - Research and Development: Conducting cutting-edge research to develop and validate digital mindfulness-based interventions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health issues- Accessibility: Increase the reach of mental health services in underserved and remote areas of Indonesia by leveraging accessible platforms and digital innovations- Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions, government agencies, non-profits, and international organizations to enhance the impact and dissemination of digital innovations and evidence-based mental health interventions. Our Project - Digital Mindfulness Programs: Developing and delivering digital programs for promoting resilience, as well as preventing and treating mental health issues and distress using mindfulnes-based approaches- Research and Evaluation: Conducting rigorous research and evaluation of digital mindfulness programs to ensure their effectiveness and continuous improvement. Psidamai is committed to bridging the gap in mental health services across Indonesia, making mindfulness more accessible to all, and contributing to the improvement of mental well-being in the Indonesia.
