PSU Central Library is committed to support the University’s mission to provide first-class education and life-long learning by identifying, acquiring, organizing, preserving, and providing convenient and effective access to high quality library services, and information resources designed to meet teaching, learning, research, intellectual and professional needs of the PSU users Community, and to broaden the students’ knowledge as well as to develop their competence far beyond the textbook and classroom lectures, foster search for knowledge and understanding in the University & wider community, upgrade library information technology infrastructure, and proffer staff professional development to accomplish library mission.
