With 10 years of experience in behavioral health, I bring a real understanding of how treatment centers operate and what it takes to build strong clinical teams. I spent over four years working in Admissions and Utilization Review at a nationwide residential program and hold a Master’s in Counseling from CSU Long Beach. That background helps me connect with both leadership and clinicians and stay grounded in what actually matters day to day. I specialize in recruiting for PHP, IOP, RTC, Detox, and Inpatient levels of care. I work with mission-driven programs that serve clients with substance use and mental health disorders. From Clinical Directors to front-line therapists, I handle the full cycle of recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and securing the right candidates. Beyond just filling roles, I give partners insight into salary ranges, candidate availability, and hiring challenges so they can make informed decisions and improve outcomes.
