Psychoexelixis

Psychoexelixis was founded in January 2020 by George Plafountzis, psychologist with MA in Human Resource Management and working experience in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, mental health at workplace and employment relations. One of its main goals is to provide with psychotherapeutical sessions based on Cognitive Analytic Therapy to those who wish to improve or change their way of thinking and consultation sessions to those who wish to confront everyday problems. Another one of its primary activities is to provide with seminars and workshops to businesses and their employees on how to tackle stress at work, job burnout and how to spot the signs of mental ill health. In addition to that, we can also support any employee who is under pressure and experiences stress or any other mental health issue through consultation and psychotherapy sessions, if needed.
