Psychotherapy Central is a psychoeducational organisation focused on breaking down stigma around mental health and increasing education around complex trauma, attachment wounding and how this impacts adults. Jennifer is the founder of Psychotherapy Central, President of the International Energetic Healing Association, Ambassador for A Sound Life charity and 'Embody Lab', mum to two beautiful children, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She is a licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, holding a Master’s degree in Applied Psychotherapy and Counselling and qualified Energetic Healer. You can think of me as a huge self-love advocate and a holder of space for transformation and healing.
