Psychological Counselling delivered with an integrative approach to counselling and psychotherapy. Providing a safe, welcoming and professional space by which to enable exploration of difficulties and discovery of ways of coping. A collaborative approach is central to the services offered; working in partnership with you to determine goals and methods to address them. utilising a number of therapeutic models to offer a direction that is right for you; including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic therapy, schema therapy, and mindfulness based approaches. The therapeutic practice works with a range of presenting issues and is experienced in offering psychological counselling to individuals experiencing complex mental health issues. Additionally we hold a keen interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
