PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Inhealth) telah memulai perjalanan bisnis di bidang penyedia program jaminan kesehatan komersial sebagai unit bisnis dari PT Askes (Persero) sejak tahun 1992. Pada tahun 2009, kami menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan komersial dengan sistem Managed Care untuk perusahaan swasta, BUMN, dan institusi pemerintahan dengan memperoleh izin usaha dibidang Asuransi Jiwa berdasarkan surat dari Menteri Keuangan Nomor KEP-38/KM.10/2009. Pada 26 Juni 2024 terjadi perubahan struktur kepemilikan saham PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia dengan komposisi pemegang saham PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG 80% dan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk 20%.
