PT. Celtic was founded by C.K Tseng on July, 2012 and it focus on loyalty and partner relationship. We emphasis on user behaviour to find customers and clients need and requirement and provide bes solution to help our client growing up. We emphasis on customer need and details to provide best service for them. Not only fulfilling customer satisfaction, but only increasing customer loyalty are our goal. And we always think that how could we help our clients run business smoothly and fast. We concern about not only for your customers, but also your employees, your brand, all of stakeholders. In the meantime, we also encourage and invite our clients and customers do more charity to help people in need. We grow the Celtic Network by adding restaurants and attract more diners. The more restaurant selection we offer to diners, the more value we offer to restaurants. We have built various of channels to exposure restaurant information and publish different information based on customer segment, social media type and user behavior. Unity is strength. In order to make more stickiness for our diners, we have recruited partners to bring their customers to you, and also bring your diners to them. And we continues do joint promotion/events to help you get more exposure. For example, on the weekend, diners will go to see the movie and dine in the mall, so we provide them with a valuable package. That diners will save more money and get more satisfaction.
