PT Nusantara Infrastructure PT Nusantara Infrastructure established on September 1, 1995 under the name of PT Sawita Bersama Darma engaged in electronics trading. The Company had changed the name into PT Wahana Tradindo Jaya, and then in 2001 changed into PT Metamedia Technologies. On July 18,2001, the Company offered its shares to the public and listed its shares on Jakarta Stock Exchange. The Company Finally changed its name into PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk on June 21,2006. Along with the changes, the Company also changed its business lines to trading construction and infrastructure related services.
