PT PPA Kapital (“PT PPAK”) was established based on Deed No. 17 dated 17 December 2011 made before Notary Surjadi, SH. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree No. AHU-02691.AH.01.01 Year 2012 dated 17 January 2012. The latest amendment to the Articles of Association was stipulated on Deed No. 06 dated 6 May 2020 made before Desman, SH, MH, notary in North Jakarta, approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree No. AHU-0035499.AH.01.02 Year 2020 on 13 May 2020. PT PPAK was established by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero)(“PT PPA”) and PPA Employees Cooperative. The purpose and objective of PT PPAK establishment is to perform Other Financial Services Support, Business Consulting and Business Brokerage, Other Management Consulting, and Wholesale Trading of Various Kinds of Goods.
