History: The company was established in 2016 as an independent construction branch of the mother company, Alton (founded in which has a shiny background in doing construction projects besides other activities in the past decades, with the aim of doing these projects by private-sector investment in Mashhad, Iran. The board and experts of this company have been selected from skilled engineers with a priceless experience in this field, because of enjoying their valuable experiences in previous projects to achieve the company's goals.* PTA abbreviation stands for "Peyman Tosee Abnie", a Farsi words combination. Previous Projects: As a noticeable terminated project, Alton multi-task tower in Mashhad can be noted. It has been used since 2008 for several duties as shopping, public vertical parking, commercial offices and so on. It was constructed in 20 floors with about square meters area. The parking capacity is 500 vehicles and it has been used for 24/7. There are also some residential and luxury projects that have been made for private employers. Current Projects: The most important project under construction is the construction of a hospital and a hotel in Mashhad, Iran. The total area of them is about square meters and the budget needed to implement the project is estimated at $ 240 million. Hospital capacity alone is 250 beds and has been tried to compensate for shortages of current hospitals of the city in different parts.
