Transportation Planning Consultants specialising in the fields of traffic engineering, traffic modelling and highway design. PTP Consultants has operated from offices in the south-east since 1986 and in March of 2011 became a division of Singleton Clamp & Partners Ltd. PTP have been involved in the development at Canary Wharf since its inception, dealing with all infrastructure issues such as traffic signals, junction design, car-parking, the design of the Jubilee station (including possible connections into Crossrail) and all pedestrian movements throughout and within wharf both at ground level and below ground. We continue to advise CW Management and Contractors on highway-related issues. PTP were also involved in the internal pedestrian modelling of the new London underwriting centre at Minster Court and at Blackpool Tower for its refurbishment.
