Public Bank Vietnam, formerly known as VID Public Bank, was one of the rst joint venture banks in Vietnam, which was established on 25 March 1992 as a 50:50 joint venture Bank between the Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Public Bank Berhad, Malaysia (PBB). Throughout the 29 years of successful establishment in Vietnam, the Bank has to-date expanded its network to 26 branches and transaction bureaus (TBs) in all major cities and provinces in Vietnam.
