We're two climate-conscious gals who have a healthy addiction to good pubs, good beer and good grub. Our eyes light up when we discover a pub that offers all of this combined with a clear commitment to sustainability. Nothing excites us more than the sight of a solar panel, the discovery of an onsite kitchen garden, or the whisperings of a zero-waste policy. It seems a shame to keep these exemplary establishments all to ourselves so we’ve made you a list of the absolute best, and we’ll add more as we find them.
