We have developed a few series of asynchronous motors with substantially reduced operational costs: Our IE5+ series of motor designs (https://pulnikovec.com/ie5-series/) has 20-25% lower losses compared to IE4 and, additionally, considerably higher power factor compared to the existing IE3 and IE4 motors on the market. With a higher power factor, a motor would consume less reactive power. This gives a substantial reduction of operational costs for a motor. Our IE4+ series of motor designs (https://pulnikovec.com/ie4-series/) has losses according to IE4 efficiency class and considerably higher power factor compared to the existing IE3 and IE4 motors on the market. Our IE3+ series of motor designs (https://pulnikovec.com/ie3-series/) has IE3 efficiency, but considerably higher power factor compared to conventional IE3 motors on the market. For each motor design in the series we provide a full technical documentation.
