SPM is an in-house developed Asset Management program, quantifying data into an organized schedule for trending and analyses thus assisting our clients with information regarding equipment status taking an in-depth look at their processes and equipment. This includes time management and timely recovery of employees, actual parts and equipment used in the plant. Tracking of parts throughout the process from RFQ to the mine stores, usage in the plant, tracking life and increasing life expectancy. Monitoring ensures our customers receive full investment benefit. Monitoring, trending and live reporting of various process parameters allows customers to make informed decisions regarding plant requirements. SPM is fully operational and is integrated into the World Wide Web for ease of access by each of our valued clients whether they are in the office, at home or at play.
