PUNE HEAT was established in 2006 at Pune, Maharashtra is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, having well equipped steel Heat treatment set-up of pit type gas carburizing furnace, Rotary furnaces and Induction Hardening machines of inductotherm India Pvt. Ltd with machine rating 45,50 & 150 KW with 10, 30 & 200KHz frequency, IGBT based medium and High Frequency, Vertical scanning with 600-1500mm scanning height and twin spindle with Fanuc and Siemens CNC controller. We also have good quality testing set up like Micro Hardness tester, Rockwell cum Superficial Hardness tester & Microscope. Company is mainly engaged in heat treatment processes for steel, aluminum and copper alloys, components.
