Pupu

Pupu is a healthy fast casual restaurant that has so far been missing in Finland: delicious, healthy, sustainable food at the speed and ease of fast food. Our food is prepared with respect for traditional gastronomy. Salads from pure premium ingredients. The menu evolves seasonally and is designed by co-founder, top chef Petri Hotti. Our colourful menu is simple and contains no red meat. The few animal-based ingredients – as well as the majority of other ingredients – have organic (Eco) and MSC certificates where possible. We keep cooking of raw ingredients to a minimum in order to preserve nutrients and maximize taste. Our menu is also completely free of gluten, without added sugars or any other preservatives. We believe in transparency: for those who want to know both the personal and environmental impact of the choices they make - we display all relevant information such as origins and nutritional values in our restaurants.
