Specialist experience in Right of First Refusal and or Deferred Selection Property processes. Pupuke kaimahi have assisted Māori entities in the acquisition of over 100 properties, valued at over $700M, since 2021. 2) Property Investment Strategy - Assist Māori Entities to create a Property Investment Strategy. Target portfolio mix, investment framework, ranking criteria. 3) Deal Structuring and Execution - Disposals, leasing, ground leasing, partnerships. Seeking, negotiating and structuring partnerships/transactions with commercial counterparties. 4) Property Project Advisory - Due diligence, options analysis, financial feasibility, business casing.
