Pura Vida Adventures: Surf & Yoga Retreats for women Pura Vida Adventures is about giving women the opportunity to either learn or improve their surfing skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. But surfing is just part of the adventure. Our goal is to rejuvenate and to empower the mind, body and spirit through surfing, yoga and the "pura vida" way. Together we will explore the art of wave riding, find presence in daily yoga, enjoy healthy gourmet food and share in a community of laughter and fun. Our surf camp draws inspiration from the Costa Rican phrase "pura vida," which, loosely translated, means "enjoy life." This spirit is infused into every aspect of our surf retreats. Pura Vida Adventures is about giving you a new experience and perhaps a new outlook on life.
