In 1994, President Jeffrey Fishback witnessed hardship faced by small businesses not being able to afford company health insurance. Wanting to help he created Purchasing Alliance SOLUTIONS® (PAS), an employee benefits firm that provides savings on health insurance. To enact this change Jeffrey created a Chamber of Commerce program that would create small businesses to have the same buying power as large businesses. Due to the programs successes PAS has grown into a company that doesn’t just cater to group products but that can now assist with providing solutions to the Senior Products, Individual and Family Plans, Travel, and much more.
