Luckily, the scene has changed, and nowadays you can buy decent bars of good chocolate. The big supermarkets have even introduced their own brand of good quality chocolate bars. Unfortunately, you can’t say the same about the market for truffles and other filled chocolates. Here it seems that many corners are still cut and the end result is most often very disappointing.
