The goal of Pure Summit is to help you realize your greater potential. The combination of exciting and powerful places together with direct and indirect mindfulness teachings will foster healthy self-esteem, problem solving skills, positive attitude, trust and relationship building. Pure Summit's mission is to enhance the human experience by teaching view, life force, and motivation. Through some programs you will learn to rest and be aware of the present moment and better understand the "mind-body" connection. Some of our programs encourage strategic risk-taking and personal exploration. In some you will not be offered a tour guide but a guidance to find your own inner powers and strength to guide yourself through the situations, challenges, and obstacles. The goal of this practice is to naturally build confidence, and the ability to skillfully manage and live life.
