At Purplefrog Connections, we believe real change starts with honest, human conversations. We create brave, supportive spaces where individuals and teams can engage with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in ways that are meaningful, reflective, and empowering. Our Why While many organisations have robust EDI policies and procedures, these efforts can sometimes become transactional—focused on compliance rather than connection. This often leaves little room for leaders or staff to express vulnerability, ask questions, or grow with confidence. Statements like “I don’t understand” or “I’m not comfortable” remain unspoken. The need for courageous conversation became especially clear in the wake of George Floyd’s tragic killing, the global Black Lives Matter movement, and the rise of the Me Too movement. Leaders were often unsure of how to respond—frozen by fear, or stepping back altogether—while others unintentionally placed the burden of change on those most affected. At Purplefrog Connections, we do things differently. We give people the space to discover, reflect, realise, imagine, and focus—with the goal of building confidence and competence in navigating EDI-related issues with authenticity and care.
