Purpose Care Services aims to provide the highest levels of care and service to enable young people to achieve their goals. We do this by ensuring our staff are recruited, vetted and trained against a strict framework with emphasis placed on the quality and continuity of our care workers to provide a stable and secure environment for all young people. Purpose Care Services is a provision founded by Doreen Miller a qualified social work manager that has worked in a number of local authorities in London and the South East. Doreen Miller has managed Access to Resources, adoption and fostering services. Doreen has also been a fostering and adoption panel advisor and a residential worker. The head office is in Birmingham West Midlands. Purpose Care developed a fostering agency and is based in Mitcham South London.Purpose Care Services has been used by a number of local authorities in London, the Midlands and the South of England. Founded in 2012, initially as a semi -independent unit, we have expanded to successful units in the Midlands and a fostering agency.
