Our Mission: Through kindness, compassion, and collaboration we provide tailored, evidenced-based occupational therapy services to facilitate adult individuals and communities to engage in the activities most meaningful to them (occupations). Services include education, coaching, grading, adapting, designing/building, consulting, and advocacy. Our vision: To optimise the health and well-being of our community. We are working towards a world where every individual is empowered with the knowledge and skills to know themselves, live true to their values, respond to challenges in a helpful manner and find solutions to barriers along the way. We continue to share the power of occupation/ engagement in meaningful activities, discovery of purpose, and development of self-efficacy.
