Purposefully Home

Purposefully Home supports individuals and their families that are faced with unexpected events causing physical or cognitive changes and mobility impairments. We provide clients the opportunity to live in the community and lead a life they choose, despite barriers. By providing specialty in home accessibility assessments and recommendations, we create solutions with you to be as independent as possible. We provide both direct and indirect service delivery and are happy to collaborate with health care providers as well as builders, architects, designers for those in the planning stages of home renovation for aging in place or accessibility modifications.
