PVLabs designs and delivers next-generation stabilized optical systems for airborne and mobile platforms where Size, Weight, Power, Cost, and Performance (SWaP-C) directly determine capability. With more than 20 years of experience in stabilized imaging, PVLabs has deliberately re-engineered how these systems are built—unlocking significantly higher SWaP-C performance and larger effective optical apertures than traditional architectures allow, while simplifying integration and long-term evolution across platforms. That advantage is delivered through FAST® — Fifth-generation Advanced Stabilization Technology. FAST is the industry’s first true fifth-generation stabilization framework. Rather than scaling legacy third- and fourth-generation gimbal designs, FAST rethinks stabilization at the architectural level—integrating precision mechatronics, advanced control algorithms, fiber-optic signal management, and a modular Open Systems Architecture.
