This means that the service is paid until the selected candidate has accepted the proposal and is ready to begin the new work challenge. Part of our success in attracting talent, is locating the exact candidates that are needed, in the place required and in the urgency of the request (regardless if the candidates are in a period of active search or not). Although our headquarters are located in Central America, we cover all industries and areas in North, Central and South America.
