Pythia is a decentralized, on-chain platform for reliable and quick expert identification. The platform aims to solve two core issues, currently plaguing the crypto community: 1) Industry experts without a sizeable presence on social media cannot quickly gain following and get their message across effectively. 2) People looking for a knowledgeable individual they can trust often subscribe to celebrity accounts staying oblivious to accounts with the most expertise and value offered. Pythia proposes a framework for a fair expert evaluation based on prediction markets. The idea is simple: people create a market for a crypto event they would like to predict or be predicted and others can make predictions about it. Correct predictions in turn boost the person's expert score, the tokenized version of expertise.
