Q Psychology has clinics in St Kilda, Carlton, and Geelong, and also delivers services nationwide via Telehealth. We therefore pride ourselves on delivering a tailored and personalised approach when caring for your mental health. We offer a broad range of services to meet the needs of individuals and communities, wherever they are in their mental health journey, including: General Mental Health Services: supporting clients to address various difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress- and adjustment-related issues, trauma and PTSD, sexuality, gender dysphoria and gender incongruence, addiction issues, phobias, issues of low self-esteem/self-worth, relationship issues, personality disorders, and many others. Autism and ADHD assessments: providing neuroaffirming autism and ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, including reduced-fee options. We also provide cognitive and academic assessments. Gender Service: providing gender-affirming support to trans, gender diverse, and non-binary (TGDNB) children, adolescents, adults, and their families. We also provide WPATH assessments for adults seeking gender affirming hormones or surgery. Group Therapy Program: facilitating various group programs, including therapy groups and support groups, in person and via Telehealth. Q Psychology also has various active research programs and projects with a particular focus on LGBTQIAP+ mental health and neurodiversity.
