Q² Consult was set up in 2014 to offer a flexible, professional service to businesses in the food industry across Malta and Gozo. We provide tailor-made solutions to achieve Food Safety and Quality Standards. Founded by Jean Pierre Sant who has worked with several major local & foreign food businesses, providing him with a unique experience in the field, backed by qualifications and a Lead Auditor course, HACCP Auditing course, Grundtvig Microbiology for Non-microbiologists and Food Safety & Sanitation Course. Q² Consult is also an Approved Training entity with the Malta Food Safety Commission and a recognised member of the Royal Society of Public Health in the UK. Our experience includes Standard, British Retail Consortium (BRC) Food Safety Standard, YUM! Brands Quality Standard, Burger King Supplier Quality Standard and LIDL Quality requirements.
