Thermal Coating We have a 2,500 m² production floor, divided into 7 Main departments, that together integrate various manufacturing technologies: Punching & Leaser Cutting Grinding & Polishing – state of the art TIMESEAVER Deburring and Wide Belt Precision Grinding and Edge Rounding Machines Bending – 3 fully automatic 100Ton 3Meter bending machine Welding & Brazing – 6 GTAW (TIG) station, 2 GMAW (MIG) station Fasteners Assembly - PEM setting HAEGER machine, large verity of special Stud & PEM setting tools Wet Paint – full wet paint work shop including environmental insulated cabinet & integrated oven Integration – 200m² fully equipped integration room The company is ISO9001 Certified and is an approved Ministry of Defense supplier (#11009331).
