The present-day edifice of Qarvasla, located at a confluence of three pivotal streets, stands as a magnificent testament to Islamic eclecticism, thereby lending significant urban character to its surroundings. This architectural ethos has fundamentally shaped the brand's ideology, which is both Urban and Unique. Visible on the façade of Qarvasla are elements of both Islamic and European architecture—a synergistic aesthetic conceived by an anonymous architect between 1893 and 1895, and executed in collaboration with local artisans. The structure, distinguished by its exposed red brickwork, holds high artistic and architectural value, meriting its classification as a monument of national significance. Kala was initially the name ascribed to the ancient part of the city enclosed by Tbilisi's walls on the left bank of the Tsavkiskali River, situated beneath the Narikala fortress. Within the upper reaches of Kala were situated the city's most significant edifices. Of particular note were the Qarvaslas, many of which were strategically located in proximity to the Temple of Sioni in Kala.
