QCB Company was founded in 1974 by Elmer Hughett, a recognized expert in battery powered automobiles, mowers, and small tools. His resume includes working with national and international corporations. These experiences include manufacturing batteries, engineering and building the equipment to manufacture the batteries, chief scientist for a national corporation and development of a prototype battery-powered vehicle. He has solidified his reputation for excellence and reliability. Mr. Hughett has also engineered the electrical testing equipment and technique for refurbishing cell phone batteries as a home-based enterprise. QCB provides fast service and prompt response to all orders. The reduce, reuse, and recycle business is operated out of a square foot facility in Oneida, Tennessee.
