QED (Quantum Endorphine Digital) is an independent communications, marketing and consulting agency born from the merger of two of Cambodia’s premier agencies; Quantum and Endorphine Concept Digital Solutions. Quantum, founded in 2011, is an independent public relations and communications agency with a track record of supporting blue-chip multinational and local clients in Cambodia. Through an operational merger with Endorphine Concept Digital Solutions in 2018, Quantum Endorphine Digital (QED, operating as Quantum Publicity Co, Ltd.) offers full-service consulting, public relations and digital services, with a client list of dynamic Fortune 500 companies, and with award-winning expertise. QED has pioneered in Cambodia in the area of digital and innovation, being the 2nd digital agency established in the Kingdom, and launching the 1st platform dedicated to new technologies and startups in the country.
