QED Sales, Established in 1995 as an engineering orientated company which as its name implies has been and continues to be involved in many R&D Projects including design, machining, fabrication, CNC Profiling and all associated aspects. Additionally with its friendly and professional approach QED Sales is gaining a global reputation for consistently delivering work to high quality Standards at prices that are competitive as a sub contractor to the oil and gas industry. Our Clients many of whom have long-standing relationships with us include Intermoor, Pipeline Technique, Technip FMC, Subsea7, Saipem, Aker Solutions, Forsyths. Having invested over half a million pounds in the last 4 years our machine shop offers an extensive range of modern, high quality CNC machines. The continued growth has allowed us to commit to further investment in our machine shop, ensuring that we remain at the cutting edge of our industry. QED sales have a large fabrication workshop capable of a wide range of work from small frames to large clamps. We have recently completed Stainless and Aluminum weld procedures to further enhance our fabrication capabilities. Within the facility we have a CNC plasma arc profiler. The state of the art cutting machine is linked to Full CAD Software, allowing the production of any required shape, capable of piercing 50mm thick and cutting up to 80mm thick steel. With true hole technology. Alongside QED sales our sister company QED Testing boast and an impressive test bed as well as a 500Te mobile test bed. Designed with a modular construction it can be tailored precisely to test a wide range of equipment. Both Test Beds are equipped with modern hydraulic technology, providing our customers with comprehensive data recording and certification for every test.
