Quality Electronic Manufacturing Services, Inc.(QEMS) was incorporated in Charlotte, NC in January, 2002 by a partnership of investors and seasoned engineers with a long history of working together in the manufacture of printed circuit board assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic systems. Their experience has included PCB design, Quality Standards (IPC610), purchasing, SMT, MRP, and a full range of technologies and techniques essential to success in the Electronic Manufacturing business. The expertise and experience of the Senior Partners is supplemented by a staff experienced in Purchasing, Test, Assembly, and Quality Systems. The result is a company whosecollective experience enables it to serve customers with the knowledge of a more established company,while maintaining an entrepeneurial approach to creative solutions. For the customer this means that to the traditional offering of consignment EMS, QEMS can provide Technical Design Manufacturing Services, such as Design for Manufacturing.
