At QL we provide mediators who have all managed their own businesses, that know mediation inside and out: as mediators, as parties and as professional advisers. Our blend of management, commercial and legal experience gives us insights that are ideally suited to resolving business disputes. We mediate disputes between businesses, but also disputes within businesses; cases that are already in litigation, and also disputes before they escalate or where relationships are under strain. We offer a range of mediation styles and sector experience to suit individual client needs. We can also provide a combination of styles and expertise through co-mediation, at minimal additional cost.
