By reducing EVP and distal outflow resistance, has the potential to enable the achievement of lower IOP targets than available therapies currently allow. is currently in development for the treatment of Normal Tension Glaucoma, Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma, Ocular Hypertension, and elevated IOP associated with rare diseases such as Sturge-Weber Syndrome.
