QMIS is a management consulting firm providing professional auditing and project management services. Our main objective is to enable your organisation to improve work practicies, acheive efficiencies and, where rquired, attain third party certification. We can work with your team to develop project management, quality management, safety management and/or an environmental management plan specific to your requirements. This will enable you to set and demonstrate compliance to objectives and targets, develop comprehensive audit programmes and to communicate to your clients and stakeholders the achievement of your projects goals. We are able to work at all organisational levels from providing executive advice and comprehensive assessments and recommendations to working with field personelle in implementing key processes and strategies. Our participation in projects can be from inception to completion or day-to-day as required. We work with a broad range of public and private sector organisations including local and state government bodies, corporate, international and multinational firms from a variety of sectors including telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities (electric, gas and water), construction, transport, health and retail. QMIS is located in Melbourne but our network of associates are based around the country.
