During this evaluation we will jointly establish your Lean Six-Sigma Quality goals and objectives and the Lean Six-Sigma Implementation Model. This model will define the schedule for implementation; roles and responsibilities; selection criteria and certification requirements for Black Belts and Green Belts training.
