Quality Assurance Construction specializes in Roofing, Restoration services including Fire, Water, Mold mediation, and Property Management Services. The company was started in 2012 because the owner, Doug Bruce, saw a need for a more professional appearance among construction companies. Influenced by the love of God, QAC is dedicated to treating people with the upmost respect, and allowing our positive influence to push people to a brighter future. Customer Service: QAC only offers the best customer experience. We will always make sure our projects are of the upmost quality, and that may mean making no money at the end of the day, as long as the customer is happy with the quality and service on their project. The staff at QAC are trained to always have a positive attitude and to be honest and respectful to all of our customers(friends). Insurance Work: QAC is partnered with multiple insurance companies, and has a great working relationship with adjusters. We have multiple nationally certified roof and restoration specialists on staff to assist our insurance clients with their needs in a knowledgeable and professional manor. Roofing: QAC is known for our quality roofing systems. We do not put on a "Cheap Quality" roof. It goes against the grain of what we stand for. Each of our roof systems we install has the best industry warranties behind them, and factory certified installers to do the work. We want everyone to have the same quality roofing system that we would put on our own home. Restoration: QAC takes mold, fire, and water restoration very seriously. We have multiple technicians and inspectors on staff that are nationally certified, in order to accurately assess the best way to restore your home. Because of the health concerns, we take every precaution to make sure that the homeowner will be completely safe after a natural disaster.
